✩ Return address will always be on the envelope, and I expect the same

✩ I will use regular stamped mail only, unless stated otherwise
✩ Pcs will always be send out in sleeves, toploaders and taped inside a card and envelope. If you require extra packaging protection please let me know beforehand

✩ CAN based, WW friendly
✩ I'm not an active GOM and I'll mostly host GOs of my own sets so don't join if uncomfortable!
✩ NO backouts without replacements and it is your responsibility to find a replacement
✩ Payments deadlines will be stated once i create the gc and failure to pay on time without communication will result in late fees of $1 per day to your total. After 8 days of no payment you'll lose your claims
✩ I'll accept payment extensions when hosting my own sets but pls communicate with me before the due date. Extensions for payments are up to 7 days past the original deadline and if not communicated late fees will be added as soon as the deadline is up
✩ Joiners must send a screenshot of payment in the gc or my dms and it must be showing the amount paid!
✩ I'll always be honest about any damages and provide video/photo evidence
✩ Claim checks will be sent by photos only so if you'd like a video of the pcs conditions pls let me know
✩ After joiners fill out address form, address confirmation will be provided and I will never send any mail out without receiving a response confirming it first
✩ I don't really have a send out day since my work schedule changes constantly but i try to send out asap and i'll always inform in case of delays
✩ Return address will always be on the envelope
✩ Pcs will always be send out in sleeves, toploaders and taped inside a card and envelope but depending on the amount of pcs i might have to use a bubble mailer
✩ I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged mail once it leaves my hands!
✩ If you live in the GTA area, i'm okay with meeting up in case you want to avoid shipping costs
✩ Please post proofs of the pcs in your stories when you receive my mail or if you're uncomfortable with doing that, you can send me a pic in my dms so i can post a screenshot of it!
